Frequently Asked Questions

What are the class level requirements?

In order to ensure safety, enjoyment and flow in our endlessOM Aerial Program:

  • Aerial 101 is a required prerequisite before Aerial Yoga 1 and a recommended studio prerequisite for students with no aerial silk or hammock experience
  • You must attend three (3) Aerial Yoga 1 classes before signing up for Aerial Yoga 2
  • Advanced Aerial Arts is only open to consistent Aerial Yoga 2 students or with permission from the instructor

Please note that you will be notified via email and removed from classes you don’t meet the prerequisites for, and the credit will return to your account.

If you feel you have the necessary experience for us to make an exception, please email us at info@endlessom.com prior to registering.

To ensure minimal disruption, all classes have a 10-minute grace period, meaning students must be in the studio space within that time, with all waivers and rentals complete.

We strongly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and rental setup.

Late arrivals will not be admitted to class, credit will be returned to your account.

A properly sized aerial silk and standard yoga mat are required for all aerial classes and on your first visit* your rentals are included.

Aerial Silk rental: $10
Yoga Mat rental: $2

We also have yoga mats and seasonal silks available for purchase at the studio.

*does not apply to ClassPass students or free Community Classes

Because aerial yoga involves working with height, fabric tension and unfamiliar inversions, instructors may need to offer physical assistance in class. And while verbal cues and demonstrations are effective tools, this hands-on guidance is essential for safety, proper technique, and helping students feel supported throughout class.

If you have any concerns regarding hands-on adjustments, please speak to your instructor about your preferences before class or email info@endlessom.com

Our Heated Restorative class temperature averages at about 95° and movement is minimal.

We love when you share your endlessOM experience on social media, but please note that filming in class is always at the discretion of the instructor and should never include the instructor or other students without their permission.

High-intensity yet low-impact movements will focus on core strength for athletic performance and functional mobility while also building the foundation for any aerial practice: your core.

Aerial Strong

These classes focus on building core stability, upper body strength, and overall body conditioning through challenging poses and resistance exercises. By combining aerial yoga with TRX-inspired movements, participants will enhance their physical strength, endurance, and flexibility while improving balance and coordination. It’s perfect for those looking to elevate their fitness routine in a fun and supportive environment, but be ready to work!

Prerequisite: Aerial 101 or related aerial experience, at the discretion of the instructor

Aerial Pilates

Strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize with the support of the at the aerial hammock at the low setting. This class blends classical Pilates core work with the unique resistance and suspension of the hammock, helping you build deep strength, improve posture, and enhance mobility. Low-impact yet highly effective, Aerial Pilates offers a fresh, dynamic way to challenge your body while feeling light and supported.

Heated Restorative Aerial

Using the hammock at a low setting, this all levels practice focuses on deep relaxation and gentle stretching. Students will be guided through 4-5 poses, held for longer durations, with the hammock cradling the body to relieve tension and promote healing. This practice encourages relaxation of the mind and body, helping to restore balance, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Aerial Yin Yoga

This all levels practice combines the soothing principles of Yin Yoga with the support of the aerial hammock. Poses are held for extended periods to deeply stretch connective tissues, increase flexibility, and promote relaxation. The hammock allows for gentle traction and support, helping to access deeper stretches with less strain.
