    Yoga Strong

    This dynamic and invigorating class blends the principles of interval strength training with the mindful practices of yoga. A circuit-based workout experience that incorporates bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and traditional yoga postures, expect to flow through sun salutations, balance poses, foundational strength-building and inversion drills that will challenge and empower you. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to fitness, Yoga Strong will help you build muscular endurance, enhance flexibility, and cultivate a strong mind-body connection.

    Yin Yang Yoga

    This 75 minute practice blends the restorative, meditative qualities of Yin Yoga with the dynamic, energizing aspects of Yang (or “traditional”) Yoga. The class will begin with gentle, long-held Yin poses that target the connective tissues, promoting deep relaxation and flexibility. The movement then transitions into more active Yang sequences and strength-building asanas (poses) to energize the body and elevate the heart rate, before returning to the quiet and restorative Yin energy. Ideal for those seeking a harmonious blend of calm and vitality, this class encourages balance in both body and mind.

    Heated Vinyasa

    This all levels class offers an invigorating vinyasa flow in a warm environment to help promote detoxification and deep muscle engagement. Students will move through a dynamic sequence, synchronized with the breath, to enhance strength, flexibility, and focus. The heat helps to increase range of motion within the asanas (poses) making it ideal for those seeking a challenging workout that revitalizes both the body and mind

    Yoga Pilates Fusion

    This class blends Pilates Mat exercises with Yoga postures to strengthen and lengthen the body, build stamina, and deepen connection between the core/power center of the body and the extremities. This class builds the foundation for balance, functional movement, peak athletic performance, and embodied self expression. High intensity, yet low-impact, this class ends with a restorative savasana and is designed to leave you feeling energized, refreshed and connected.

    Heated Rocket Yoga

    An upbeat and dynamic practice that combines elements of Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga in a heated room, this class is guaranteed to make you sweat! Designed for students of all levels, with plenty of opportunities to level up or ground down, this class will cultivate strength and flexibility within the body, while building concentration and ease within the mind.

    Endless Flow

    With roots in Prana Vinyasa™ this unique practice emphasizes continuous movement linked with breath, creating seamless transitions between asanas (poses) for a sense of dancing on the mat. Featuring captivating, multi-directional sequences designed to enhance both strength and ease, and accompanied by a new curated playlist each month, this invigorating class is perfect for those seeking to enhance their body awareness and experience the liberation of fluid movement. Practice is all levels, but previous vinyasa experience is recommended.

Combining fluid movement with a focus on precise alignment, students can expect accessible sequences for all levels with expert, hands-on adjustments to enhance their experience and refine their practice.
