Frequently Asked Questions
What are the class level requirements?
In order to ensure safety, enjoyment and flow in our endlessOM Aerial Program:
- Aerial 101 is a required prerequisite before Aerial Yoga 1 and a recommended studio prerequisite for students with no aerial silk or hammock experience
- You must attend three (3) Aerial Yoga 1 classes before signing up for Aerial Yoga 2
- Advanced Aerial Arts is only open to consistent Aerial Yoga 2 students or with permission from the instructor
Please note that you will be notified via email and removed from classes you don’t meet the prerequisites for, and the credit will return to your account.
If you feel you have the necessary experience for us to make an exception, please email us at info@endlessom.com prior to registering.
What happens if I'm running late?
To ensure minimal disruption, all classes have a 10-minute grace period, meaning students must be in the studio space within that time, with all waivers and rentals complete.
We strongly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and rental setup.
Late arrivals will not be admitted to class, credit will be returned to your account.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
A properly sized aerial silk and standard yoga mat are required for all aerial classes and on your first visit* your rentals are included.
Aerial Silk rental: $10
Yoga Mat rental: $2
We also have yoga mats and seasonal silks available for purchase at the studio.
*does not apply to ClassPass students or free Community Classes
What should I know about hands-on adjustments?
Because aerial yoga involves working with height, fabric tension and unfamiliar inversions, instructors may need to offer physical assistance in class. And while verbal cues and demonstrations are effective tools, this hands-on guidance is essential for safety, proper technique, and helping students feel supported throughout class.
If you have any concerns regarding hands-on adjustments, please speak to your instructor about your preferences before class or email info@endlessom.com
How warm is the Heated Restorative class?
Our Heated Restorative class temperature averages at about 95° and movement is minimal.
Can I film or take photos in class?
We love when you share your endlessOM experience on social media, but please note that filming in class is always at the discretion of the instructor and should never include the instructor or other students without their permission.
